Abu Dhabi: UAE officials have made it clear that there is no difference between the salaries of locals and foreigners in various sectors in the Kingdom.
According to Urdu News, the Ministry of Emiratization has said that there is no discrimination between local citizens and resident foreigners regarding salaries in the private sector.
Minister of Manpower and Emiratization Dr. Abdul Rehman Al-Awar says that there is no discrimination between local citizens and foreign employees in relation to salaries or holidays or flexible duty in our private sector companies and institutions.
The Emirati minister says that the average salary paid to local employees working in private sector companies here is similar to the salaries of foreign employees.
The Emirati minister said that the growth rate in the labor market is more than 13 percent, the growth rate in the companies registered in the ministry is continuously increasing.
Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Awar said that our government keeps checking the graph of Emiratization in the private sector by creating solidarity with the Ministers Council Secretariat.
