Just adopt these 7 habits to increase your age

Boston, USA: A new study of more than 700,000 people recently examined the habits that, if adopted in middle age, could lead to a longer life compared to those who abandoned those habits. Those habits are as follows.

1) Be physically active

2) Don’t smoke

3) Stay away from drugs and alcohol.

4) Eat healthy food

5) Reduce stress

6) Get plenty of sleep

7) Maintain positive social relationships

Research has shown that 40-year-olds can live an average of 24 years longer if they adopt all these habits, while women with these habits can gain an extra 21 years of life compared to other women.

The results of the aforementioned research were presented at the meeting of the American Society for Nutrition in Boston. “We were really surprised at how many benefits could be achieved by adopting just 7 habits,” said Xuan My Nguyen, a health science specialist at the US Department of Veterans Affairs and lead author of the study.
