The Twitter bird has flown, the logo has officially changed

Social media platform Twitter’s bird has flown, the logo of the social media site has been officially changed to ‘X’.

Twitter CEO Landa Yacarino tweeted this morning about changing the Twitter logo, and later the Twitter logo was officially changed.

Note that the username on the official Twitter account is still ‘Twitter’, but the display name has been changed to ‘X’.

It should be noted that this step has been taken after the announcement made yesterday by the head of Twitter, Elon Musk.

Elon Musk also mentioned in one of his tweets regarding the change of URL that now x.com will redirect to twitter.com, this new logo is being called the interim logo, so there may be more changes in this logo in the future.

On this action taken by Elon Musk, a user questioned that ‘So now Twitter is being rebranded ‘X’, what will the tweets be called now, to which Elon Musk replied ‘X’.

It should be noted that last year Elon Musk took over the Twitter system in exchange for a deal worth 44 billion dollars and merged it with an organization called X Corp.

Remember that in April of this year, Twitter’s traditional bird logo was temporarily replaced by Doggy Coin’s dog logo.

However, social media users quickly expressed dissatisfaction with Elon Musk’s actions and policies and now social media users are not happy with this new initiative.

Within hours, memes and demands for the return of the ‘Bird’ logo are going viral on social media.

At the same time, it is being said that Elon Musk has also fired the Twitter bird.
