Planned attacks in Pindi;  Two most wanted terrorists of TTP arrested

Rawalpindi: CTD Punjab and federal sensitive agency have arrested two most wanted terrorists of banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan while foiling a major terror plan in twin cities.

According to CTD Punjab, the terrorists belong to the Haji Faqir group of Tehreek-e-Taliban, the terrorists were identified as Hayatullah and Wakil Khan. Sadar Baruni, District Courts Rawalpindi, St. Paul’s Church was the target of the Haji Fakir group.

According to CTD, the terrorists have said that they had to carry out sabotage operations at other sensitive places including Convent School Rawalpindi, Police Lines Islamabad, they scanned all the places and sent the pictures to TTP Commander Afghanistan.

CDD has said that Haji Faqir group is operating from Afghanistan, a case has been registered against the accused and further investigation is underway.
