The Islamabad High Court ordered the dismissal of the case against the couple who did an immoral photo shoot 2 years ago and directed the magistrate to initiate proceedings against the plaintiff in the case.
Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri ordered to submit the Qalandra of 182 to the concerned magistrate within 7 days and said that the concerned magistrate should complete the process within 30 days and submit the compliance return.
Hadi Chhata and other lawyers pursued the case on behalf of the petitioner.
