Mons Elahi was declared a fugitive for fleeing the country
Lahore: The court declared Monis Elahi, the son of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) president and former chief minister Pervez Elahi, as an advertisement.
Mons Elahi, who was involved in money laundering, was surrounded. Because of his escape from the country, he was declared a traitor.
The process of freezing Mons Elahi’s identity card, passport, bank accounts and all property has also been initiated.
The court also asked for Munis Elahi’s travel information, bank account details, passport, identity card and correct residential address.
There are two cases of money laundering against Munsi Elahi, according to which Munsi Elahi took billions of rupees out of the country illegally.
Anti-corruption circle Punjab also filed a case against 4 suspects including Monis Elahi and submitted the challan to the court.
