Karachi: During an appearance in the monkey court, a monkey escaped and climbed a tree, sending the authorities racing.
Sindh Wildlife brought the monkeys in a cage and brought them to appear in the court when one of the monkeys ran away and climbed a tree. According to the law, the case of the recovered monkeys came before the court, where according to the law the court has to inspect the property presented.
During the proceedings in the court, a monkey got out of the cage and climbed a tree outside the court, Sindh Wildlife staff were busy trying to bring it down throughout the night and into the morning.
It should be noted that 14 newborn monkeys were found from the passenger bus coming from Char Sada while checking at M9 Motorway Karachi Toll Plaza. Actions were taken against the accused under the Sindh Wildlife Protection Act and a criminal case was registered and brought before the District and Sessions Judge Karachi South, where the court imposed a fine of Rs 100,000 on the accused and ordered the newborn monkeys to be handed over to the Karachi Zoo.
According to Sindh Wildlife Conservator Javed Mehr, the zoo administration has been ordered to ensure maintenance and submit a report on August 7.
