At least 35 people were killed as a result of a collision between a passenger bus and a pickup truck in the North African country of Algeria.
The horrific collision took place on Wednesday morning in Area One of the National Highway in the town of Otlou in the southern province of Batmanrast, Algeria, when a bus full of passengers collided with a pickup truck carrying fuel.
Due to the collision, the bus and the pickup caught fire and both were burnt to ashes. 12 other people have also been seriously injured in the accident, many of them are said to be in serious condition.
The provincial traffic police has blamed the driver of the pickup truck who was driving in the opposite direction for the accident.
