Karachi: The Sindh High Court rejected the bail of 4 accused including 3 CTD officials who tried to cover up the robbery by killing Hassan Abbas.
In front of a single bench comprising of Justice Zulfikar Ahmad Khan, a hearing was held on the bail of 4 accused including 3 CTD officials who tried to color the robbery by killing citizen Hasan Abbas.
The petitioner’s lawyer stated that the accused Hasan Abbas was killed by Syed Salman when he was called to his house and the police tried to make the killing a robbery in Salman’s house. tried to destroy the evidence.
The petitioner’s lawyer said that 2 cases of the incident were registered, challan was presented in 2021. After the challan was approved, the investigation was re-investigated by changing the investigating officer without informing the court. Despite the passage of 3 years, the accused could not even be charged.
The court rejected the bail of 4 accused including 3 CTD officials named in the murder case. Former SHO Al Falah Saadat Ahmed, Zulfikar Ali, Syed Kamran Ali and Syed Salman Ali were foiled by the police in their attempt to escape from the court after their bail was dismissed.
The police arrested the four accused and locked them in the lock-up of the Sindh High Court.
