Karachi: Security has been put on high alert at all temples across Sindh on the orders of the IG Sindh after the threat of attacks on temples by the raw material robbers in Sindh and the targeting of the temple in Kashmore district.
On the orders of IG Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon, 400 police personnel have been deployed at the disposal of various ranges and districts for the security of temples in Sindh.
All the above police personnel will perform security duties on administrative basis, all the personnel posted at the temples are being posted on security duties for two months.
The IG Sindh has directed that the Hindu community should ensure all possible cooperation from the officials on security duties at the temples. He said that the protection of the minority community living in Sindh is also the responsibility of the police.
It should be noted that after the Pakistani woman Seema Haider went to her lover in India with her four children, the bandits released a video message in which they threatened to target local Hindus if Seema did not return. .
