Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai’s Oscar-shortlisted film ‘Stranger at the Gate’ was screened in London.
The film deals with Islamophobia, racism and the power of forgiveness.
Malala Yousafzai said that she decided to become the executive producer of the film to spread the message of harmony and forgiveness.
Malala Yousafzai has urged Pakistan’s religious and political leadership to unite for peace against growing militancy.
The documentary is based on the true story of American Marine McKinney, who planned the attack on the mosque but later converted to Islam.
