Islamabad: A couple has been arrested for abandoning the baby after the birth of a newborn at Pims Hospital.
According to the details, the woman gave birth to a baby in the emergency room of Pims yesterday, who died after birth. The doctors in the emergency room tried to save the newborn’s life, but he could not survive.
The woman who gave birth to the child and the husband who was with her refused to recognize the child as theirs, on which the security staff in the emergency department tried to stop the woman on the bed and reported to the police and 15, but the couple refused. Despite being stopped, he escaped from the hospital.
In this regard, the spokesperson Executive Director of PIMS Dr. Mubasher Daha said that the baby was premature and died immediately after birth and the matter was immediately taken notice by the Executive Director of PIMS Dr. Imran Sikandar.
According to Dr. Mashbar Daha, this incident took place in Pimz yesterday, which the administration immediately informed the police, and at this time the couple who escaped after giving birth to the newborn is in police custody.
According to the spokesman, Pims management has fulfilled its professional responsibilities and has played an important role in the arrest of the couple.
