A forest fire on the Spanish island of La Palma has gone out of control.
According to the Spanish authorities, 13 houses were destroyed by the fire, while 4 thousand people have been evacuated from the villages of La Palma.
Spanish authorities have said that 300 firefighters, planes and helicopters are busy fighting the blaze.
The Spanish authorities further say that the fire has so far affected an area of more than 114 thousand acres.
Spanish authorities have also reported that the fire broke out in the forests of the island of La Palma on Saturday morning.
