Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court has set for hearing the petition of Chairman PTI against declaring the Tosha Khana case admissible. Chief Justice Amir Farooq will hear the request of chairman PTI on July 17.
The registrar office of the Islamabad High Court has released the causelist for the next week. In which the request of Chairman PTI has also been fixed for hearing.
Due to the unwellness of the Chief Justice, the hearing on the application could not be held this week. The trial court declared the Tosha Khana criminal case against Chairman PTI admissible.
Chairman PTI has challenged the decision to declare the case admissible. The trial court has also fixed the case for hearing on July 17. Chairman PTI has requested for an injunction on the trial of the case.
