International Monetary Fund (IMF) Director of Communications Julie Kozek says that the IMF is always ready to work with Pakistan.
In Washington, the Director of Communication of the IMF, Julie Kuzek, told the briefing that on July 12, the Executive Board approved 3 billion dollars for Pakistan.
They say the IMF has immediately released $1.2 billion, a new program that will support the authorities’ urgent efforts to stabilize the economy.
Julie Kozek says that a stable policy implementation is important in the coming period, this program will be important to help and support the people of Pakistan.
He further said that the program will play an important role in strengthening the domestic and foreign economic situation of Pakistan.
The Director of Communication of the IMF also says that Pakistan is facing various challenges, which will require continuous reforms.
