Islamabad: A new application has been filed in the Islamabad High Court against Imran Khan for not revealing his alleged daughter Terian White, the larger bench of the Islamabad High Court will hear the case on Thursday.
A request has been filed against Chairman PTI to submit new documents, which includes the notification of Imran Khan’s victory in the by-election from seven seats.
The petition also includes the old decision related to Terrian White case against Imran Khan, in which Imran Khan had taken a stand, he has now left the assembly seat.
Imran Khan had requested to dismiss the application simply because he was not a member of the assembly, the court will be told that the case was not decided on the first merit.
