The accomplice of the slain robber managed to escape
Karachi: The alleged bandit was killed by the violence of citizens on the bridge in front of Bafarzon Al Habib Restaurant, the accomplice of the bandit who was killed managed to escape.
The citizens caught the alleged bandit and tortured him to death on the serpentine bridge in front of Al Habib Restaurant in Timuriya area near Al Habib Restaurant.
The body of the slain alleged dacoit was initially shifted to Timuria Police Station by a concealed ambulance from where the body was brought to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital after a delay of several hours.
According to the spokesperson of Karachi Police, the citizens caught a bandit and subjected him to torture due to which he was killed while the accomplice of the deceased managed to escape from the spot.
Nothing was found with the slain bandit that could be used to identify him immediately, the body of the slain alleged bandit was kept in the mortuary for three days for identification after police action.
