Karachi: The Defense Police, while taking action against the criminals, arrested the security guard who set fire to the private bank.
The accused Muhammad Javed son of Fazal Muhammad set fire to a private bank and was arrested with the help of CCTV footage. Charge No. 392/2023 under Section 436/427 was registered against the accused in Defense Police Station.
Judicial Magistrate South has handed over the accused to the police on 2-day Jimsmani remand in the private bank arson case.
A case of setting fire to a private bank was heard in front of the court of the Judicial Magistrate South in the Karachi City Court. The police produced the arrested accused Muhammad Javed in the court.
The investigating officer said that accused Javed set fire to a private bank. A security guard was posted in the accused bank. The accused has been arrested with the help of CCTV. The accused should be investigated, physical remand should be given.
The court handed over the accused to the police on 2-day physical remand and asked the investigation officer for a progress report on the next hearing.
