Islamabad: The Anti-Terrorism Court has issued a bailable arrest warrant for Chairman PTI.
Anti-Terrorism Court Islamabad has issued a bailable arrest warrant for Chairman PTI on the issue of a case registered against the chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf and other party leaders in Ramna police station and Golra police station.
During the hearing, the lawyers of Chairman PTI filed a request for exemption from attendance in the two cases registered in the Ramna police station, on which Judge Abul Hasnat of the Anti-Terrorism Court remarked that Chairman PTI will have to appear in court. .
The anti-terrorism court summoned PTI chairman and other accused in personal capacity on July 19. Meanwhile, ATC has also issued bailable arrest warrants for Farrukh Habib, Shibli Faraz, Hassan Niazi in the judicial complex attack case.
During the hearing, PTI legal team appeared on behalf of the PTI legal team. The Anti-Terrorism Court adjourned the next hearing of the case till July 19.
