Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan has extended the deadline for vote registration, data validation, issuance and transfer of votes till July 20.
According to the Election Commission, the general public can register, withdraw and correct the data till July 20 and the vote can be registered at one of the permanent or temporary addresses on the identity card.
The Election Commission says that people can get the form from the Election Commission’s website and submit it to the office of the concerned District Election Commissioner for vote registration, transfer, exclusion or correctness of data.
Form No. 21 for Registration and Transfer Vote, Form No. 22 for Objection/Expulsion Vote and Form No. 23 for Data Correction can be used, these forms can also be obtained from the office of the District Election Commissioner.
The Election Commission says that people can get details about their vote by sending an SMS to ID card number 8300.
