The suicide incident took place near Siddique Akbar Masjid in Machar Colony area of Docks Police Station
Karachi: In the Docks area, the young girl committed suicide due to her family’s opposition to her marriage.
According to the details, a dead body of a girl was found in a house near Siddiq Akbar Mosque in Machar Colony area of Docks police station.
The body of the deceased girl was shifted to the Civil Hospital by an ambulance, which was hidden for legal proceedings, where the deceased was identified as 17-year-old Ayesha Dakhtalias.
According to SHO Dax Pervez Solangi, the deceased girl wanted to marry her favorite but her family members were against it, on which the girl committed suicide.
The police handed over the dead body to the heirs after taking legal action.
