Bangkok: The remains of German businessman Hans Peter Mack, who went missing in Thailand, were found in the deep freezer of a house.
According to the World News Agency, the 62-year-old German man was married in Thailand and had been working as a real estate broker here for a long time.
The Thai wife of the German businessman filed a missing report of her husband in the police station saying that her husband had gone for a business meeting but did not return after two days and his phone was also switched off.
With the help of mobile location and CCTV footage, the Thai police reached the house where the German businessman was staying. This house was rented by a German friend of his.
During a search of the home, police found the remains of the German businessman in a deep freezer, while parts were found in trash cans and bags outside on the lawn. Initially, the motive for the murder appears to be a matter of assets. The friend of the slain businessman is also absconding.
