Peshawar High Court granted bail to former federal minister and senator Ali Muhammad Khan till July 18 and ordered not to arrest him in any criminal case.
The Peshawar High Court issued a short written judgment on the plea of former federal minister Ali Muhammad Khan, ordering that Ali Muhammad Khan not be arrested in any criminal case till July 18.
In the written decision, it is said that notices are issued to the federal and provincial governments and NAB. The parties shall submit the details of the cases and inquiries filed against the petitioner within 7 days.
