According to the lawsuit filed in a San Francisco court, ‘ChatGPT’ is creating summaries of the copyrighted material of his books.
According to the lawsuit, much of the material used to train Meta’s language models comes from “copyrighted” texts. Including books written by the plaintiff, which were copied by Meta without consent, credit and compensation.
Meta and OpenAI have declined to comment on the lawsuit.
