Karachi: The suspect involved in the sexual harassment of a girl walking in public in Golestan-Johar has not yet been caught by the law, while the police have made the case more confusing by releasing the sketch of the suspect.
According to the details, the CCTV footage of the incident that took place in Block 4 of Kogulistan-e-Johar on July 3 went viral on social media. After which the police swung into action and found the victim.
The police filed an FIR against the government for non-cooperation in the investigation of the victim, while a three-member committee headed by SP Gulshan-e-Iqbal was also established.
Despite this, the police could not reach the accused. After continuous failure, now the police has released the sketch of the brutal accused involved in the incident. But according to investigative sources, the sketch bears little resemblance to the accused involved in the incident.
The release of the sketch could not help enough in arresting the accused, instead of solving the case, the investigating police confused the case further.
