The Islamabad High Court ordered the extradition of PTI leader Ali Awan’s brother within three days.
In the High Court, a hearing was held on the petition of the wife of former PTI MNA Ali Awan’s brother Umar Nawaz for his recovery. SDPO Industrial Area and SHO Thana Industrial Area appeared before the court.
The Islamabad High Court while ordering the recovery of the citizen in three days said that if the citizen is not recovered in three days then IG and Chief Commissioner.
Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri remarked that what are these safe cities for if you can’t take their help? End it all, the family doesn’t even know if he is alive or dead. Is it in Pakistan or in Afghanistan?
Islamabad Police Officials and Representative Deputy Commissioner Islamabad said that we have not arrested Umar Nawaz Awan.
Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri said that there is a lot of cruelty, there is a safe city in Islamabad. How is it possible that safe city can be taken away with cameras?
Lawyer Babar Awan said that here these people come in uniform and say that we don’t know, the servant has been kidnapped in front of his wife and four daughters.
The court adjourned the hearing on the application for three days.
