Mumbai: Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon says that she is considered arrogant for not wearing bold clothes in films.
Bollywood’s yesteryear popular actress Raveena Tandon has revealed that she faced hardships for refusing to wear swimsuits and other bold outfits in films.
In a recent interview, the actress said that she had made a condition before the filmmakers to record the rap scenes in the movies that her clothes would not be torn and then she would record a scene on which she was called ‘proud’.
Raveena Tandon said that there were scenes in her hit film ‘Dur’ which she was hesitant to shoot as she had never worn a swimsuit on camera before.
The actress said that she denied many things including different dance styles in films, Raveena says that she was the only actress with whom a rap scene was recorded for the film but her clothes were complete and her clothes were torn. Neither were.
However, due to these conditions, Raveena faced many difficulties in the Bollywood industry and everyone started calling her ‘arrogant’.
It may be remembered that Raveena Tandon started her career in 1991 with the film Pathar Ke Phool, while soon she will be seen in Arbaaz Khan’s film Patna Shukla and the second series of his web series Ariyank.
