Elon Musk, owner of micro-blogging site Twitter, has reacted to the launch of new application ‘Threads’ by his rival, Meta owner Mark Zuckerberg.
It should be remembered that yesterday Mark Zuckerberg, the owner of Instagram and Facebook’s mother company ‘Meta’, has launched a new social media app ‘Threads’.
The app grabbed the attention of more than 10 million internet users within hours of coming online.
On the other hand, a few hours before the launch of this new app, Elon Musk also threatened to sue Meta for damages.
The letter from Elon Musk’s lawyer to Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg was published on the online news outlet.
The letter accuses Meta of having access to trade secrets and highly confidential information by hiring ex-Twitter employees.
After which Elon Musk has reacted to this app and called it a fraud.
Elon Musk says in his tweet that ‘Competition is OK, not cheating.’
It should be noted that earlier Elon Musk in one of his tweets called the rival company Meta’s app ‘Threads’ as ‘copy paste’.
