Lahore: PCB Management Committee Chairman Zaka Ashraf offered former captain Muhammad Hafeez to work together for the betterment of cricket.
According to the sources, former captain Muhammad Hafeez has been offered the role of advisor, chief selector or the National Cricket Academy, to which the all-rounder has expressed his willingness and asked for time to consult his family and friends.
Mohammad Hafeez confirmed that he had met and worked with Zaka Ashraf and said that Zaka Ashraf is respectable to me, ready to take cricket in the right direction in the true sense, but not at all eager for a job in the board.
Mohammad Hafeez said that there is a desire to see Pakistan cricket at heights, so I consider it a moral duty to play my role as a cricketer.
