Karachi: In Golestan Johar area of Shahr Quaid, the obscene youth tried to rape a girl in broad daylight, on which the girl defended herself and failed this attempt, Sindh Chief Minister took notice of the incident and directed the IG to arrest the accused as soon as possible.
According to the details, in Golestan Johar Block 4 Mughal Hazar Goth, the animalistic obscene young man sexually assaulted the girl in broad daylight in the naked state.
In a video that went viral on social media, it was seen that the motorcycle-riding youth stops the motorcycle in front of a house and takes off his knickers and waits for the girl while making lewd gestures. As soon as the girl approaches, he runs back to catch her.
The girl defended herself and punched the burly youth with her purse, after which he ran and then escaped on a motorbike wearing knickers.
In this regard, SSP District East says that no one has approached the police regarding the incident, but the incident has definitely happened and the CCTV footage of the incident has also come to light.
He said that with the help of the footage, the police have started investigating the incident and it is hoped that the police will be able to arrest the accused soon.
On the other hand, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, taking notice of the incident, directed the IG and Additional IG to arrest the accused immediately and ordered to deal with him strictly according to the law, while the spokesperson of Sindh Police said that Efforts are on to arrest the accused.
