Karachi: To provide entertainment to the people, the Sindh government is considering to start a ferry service from Du Darya to Port Qasim.
Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah and Yamaha Japan’s Senior General Manager for Central Asia and Middle East Yoshiyuki ITO along with the delegation discussed the promotion of water sports facilities at various barrages and lakes in the province, including two rivers. Including starting a ferry service from to the port.
The Sindh Chief Minister said that there is a huge scope for promoting water sports facilities at Kenjhar, Guddu, Sukkur, Kotri barrages and Karachi coast with the support of Yamaha Pakistan, these facilities can be established by the private sector.
The delegation of the visiting Japanese company Yamaha told the Sindh Chief Minister that a ferry service can be established from two rivers to Port Qasim for transport facilities and entertainment. He added that WaveRunners is the best game for him.
