Islamabad: The Commercial Banking Circle of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Islamabad raided two branches of a private exchange company located in the Hazro Attock area and recovered more than 50 million domestic and foreign currency.
According to FIA, Branch No. 7 and Branch No. 10 of Great Union Company located in Tehsil Hazro of Attock District were found to be involved in the illegal sale and purchase of foreign currency in reference handi and black without system, against 5 persons. 2 cases have been registered.
2 crore 40 lakh 77 thousand 5 hundred rupees, more than 81 thousand Saudi riyals, more than 42 thousand British pounds, 5 thousand 8 hundred US dollars and other foreign currencies, mobile phones and deposit slips etc. were recovered from illegal counters B of both branches. happened
While more than 37 thousand Saudi Riyals and foreign currency including 12 lakh rupees were taken from the second shop.
