Islamabad: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that the new sun of hope has risen and the country is on the path of development.
Congratulating the nation and the business community for the start of business and setting a new record with an extraordinary increase of 2231 points in the Pakistan Stock Exchange, he said that as a result of our continuous hard work and correct policies, the signs of economic recovery have started to show.
In his statement, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif further said that Quaid Muhammad Nawaz Sharif’s journey of economic development, reduction in inflation and the construction and development of Pakistan is starting from where he left off. Shahbaz Sharif said that as a result of the staff level agreement with the IMF and the standby arrangement of 3 billion dollars, the confidence of the investors and the business community is being restored rapidly. God willing, the journey of development of Pakistan continues like this. The seeds of Pakistan’s development have started to take root, sincere hard work, honesty and truth are bearing fruits. They are once again following the vision of Quaid Muhammad Nawaz Sharif’s construction, development and happiness of the people.
He said that the way Pakistan was freed from energy crisis, terrorism and other problems between 2013 and 2018, brought economic development, once again they are leading Pakistan on the path of development. The journey of national development and economic stability will have to be continued in the same direction and with the same spirit and hard work.
The Prime Minister said that the way CPEC was launched under the leadership of Nawaz Sharif, restored the economy, brought inflation to 4% and the rate of food and drink to 2%, the growth rate was 6.1% and the policy rate was 6.5%. Now returning to the same journey of development. Now the journey of development in all other sectors including agriculture, IT, industry will be accelerated. In sha Allah.
