A tragic incident took place in the Indian state of Telangana where a mother committed suicide along with her two young children.
According to local media reports, the incident took place in Chot Opal, a suburb of Hyderabad city. The woman was married to 28-year-old Rajeshwari, while her children were aged between 2 and 5 years.
Residents of the area told the police that Rajeshwari used to play popular game Ludo with relatives and friends on her mobile phone, due to continuous loss of the game, she had incurred a debt of Rs.
According to media reports, Rajeshwari first threw her two children into the water-filled tank and later jumped into it herself. Rajeshwari’s husband was not at home during the suicide.
The police removed the bodies from the water tank and shifted them to the hospital for post-mortem while also starting the investigation.
