Bollywood actor Rajat Bedi lashed out at the way he was treated in the film industry and mentioned an old film of his that his scenes were cut from the hit film and Hrithik Roshan’s scenes were included.
Rajat Bedi is one of the well-known faces of Hindi cinema, having shown his acting chops in hit films like Da Hero, Koi Mil Gaya, Hera Pheri, Wah Life Ho To Esee.
Despite the successful films, he also explained the reason behind moving away from the silver screen and moving to Canada.
During an interview with actor Mukesh Khanna, Rajat Bedi said, “I moved to Canada when I was disillusioned with my work in the film industry.
Rajat, who played the villain in the blockbuster ‘Koi Mil Gaya’, explained that he had worked hard for the film, but was disappointed when the final print of the film showed him and heroine Preity Zinta. Hrithik and Preeti’s song was added after removing the song.
He said that his frustration only increased when he was completely excluded from the promotion of the film.
Rajat Bedi also said that I was very disappointed, because as an actor you have certain expectations. But it hurt me so much.
