US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller has said that he believes that Pakistan has taken many steps to counter terrorism.
During a press briefing in Washington, he said that Pakistan continued to take steps to ensure the ban on all terrorist groups.
The spokesperson of the US Department of State said that these groups include Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed and other sub-groups.
He said that the US is in constant contact with the Pakistani authorities in this regard, which was part of the 2023 Anti-Terrorism Dialogue.
Matthew Miller said that India and Pakistan are asked to continue the ceasefire along the Line of Control.
He further said that India continues to be concerned about human rights, President Biden also raised this issue in his press conference.
