South film industry’s leading actor Thalapathy Vijay has become India’s highest paid actor.
According to an Indian media report, South’s action star Vijay has left Bollywood’s brother Salman Khan and the king of film industry Shahrukh Khan behind with a huge salary.
So far, the name of the highest paid actor in Indian cinema has come up for discussion, instead of a clear answer, only guesses and assumptions have come out from all sides.
It seems that this question has been answered now, according to Indian media reports, Thalapathy Vijay is charging Rs 200 crore for his next film.
The actor demanded huge remuneration for his next film directed by Venkat Prabhu, after which he became the highest paid actor across India.
According to an Indian media report, the compensation that Vijay has demanded for his next film has not been given to the Khans of Bollywood or any other big star.
The South action star is currently busy shooting for his next film ‘Leo’, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, which is nearing completion.
Vijay will then be busy with his next film in August after a break, for which he has demanded huge remuneration.
If this news turns out to be true, Vijay will definitely become the highest paid actor in the country, a milestone that no Indian film star has crossed till now.
