Islamabad: The local court initiated proceedings to declare Shehbaz Gul as an advertisement for not appearing in the case of inciting rebellion against institutions. Ordered to block the identity card and also asked for the details of all the properties of Shahbaz Gul.
According to Express News, in the case of inciting the institutions to revolt, the District and Sessions Court started the process of declaring Shehbaz Gul as an advertisement, the court ordered to paste the advertisement outside Islamabad, Faisalabad and FT Kachheri.
The court has started the proceedings against Shahbaz Gul due to his continuous non-appearance and this order has been issued by Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Supra.
The court has said that if Shahbaz Gul lands at any Pakistani airport, the DG FIA should inform the court. Later, the court called for a report from all the concerned institutions on July 26 regarding the process of advertisement declaration.
The court also sought the details of Shahbaz Gul’s movable and immovable property from DC Islamabad and DC Faisalabad.
The court recorded the statement of the ASI giving the report regarding the execution of the non-bailable warrant and said that in the execution of the non-bailable warrant it was stated that Shahbaz Gul had gone to America. On this, the court ordered NADRA to block Shahbaz Gul’s identity card.
