The plaintiff in the case Riaz Hussain had given a statement to the police that Ali Hassan and Mustafa had an abusive conversation regarding my dog Joji. The accused threatened me that your dog is a guest for a few days. On February 10, the policemen stole my dog. On February 12, my dog was found dead in a Hill Park garbage chute. The accused brutally beat the dog to death, its chest was burnt.
