Karachi: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) offloaded a passenger going to Italy on a fake Afghan passport while conducting an operation at Karachi Airport.
According to the spokesperson of FIA, a passenger named Mohammad Ishaq Baru was going to Italy from flight number TK709, the Afghan passport presented by the passenger turned out to be fake and the Italian visa stamp on it was also proved to be fake.
According to the preliminary investigation, the passenger had obtained the said passport from the Afghan agent for 5000 Norwegian kroner.
According to FIA spokesperson, the passenger has been transferred to FIA Anti-Human Trafficking Circle Karachi for further investigation and legal action.
