The Norwegian government has announced a $7.3 billion aid package for Ukraine over the next 5 years.
The government said that aid money will also be given to other conflict-affected countries.
Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr told media representatives that we will continue to provide Ukraine with 15 billion kroner (one billion 46 million 15 million 85 thousand US dollars) annually for the next 5 years.
While the package includes humanitarian aid and military aid, Parliament is likely to scrap the final amount of the package as the government does not have a numerical advantage.
Prime Minister Jonas Gahar has announced aid of 5 billion kroner (486.7 million 52 thousand US dollars) for the countries in the southern part of the world affected by the war in Ukraine.
