Islamabad: An application was filed in the Islamabad High Court for recovery on behalf of Saeed Khan, the nephew of the former prime minister’s principal secretary Azam Khan, who has been missing for six days.
Petitioner Saeed Khan has filed a petition in Islamabad High Court through lawyer Qasim Wadud, and Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Law, NAB, IG, FIA and SHO Kohsar have been made parties.
The position has been adopted in the petition that Azam Khan has been missing since he came out of the house at around seven o’clock on June 15, and all possible efforts have been made to find him on various forums, but he has not been found.
It has been said in the petition that FIA has also been harassing Azam Khan in the past while NAB has summoned Azam Khan as a witness in the Al-Qadir Trust case.
It has been requested that orders should be issued to the relevant institutions for the recovery of Azam Khan.
