London / London: A small submarine carrying a tourist tour of the Titanic wreck has gone missing in the Atlantic Ocean, along with crew and tourists.
According to the BBC report, the officials of the tour firm ‘Ocean Gate’ confirmed the disappearance of the submarine and said that a major operation has been launched to search for it and rescue the crew, including tourists.
For this campaign, the said company received 2 lakh 50 dollars per tourist. According to company officials, it is considering all options to bring the crew back safely while government agencies and other organizations are assisting in the operation.
It was reported that the missing craft Oceangate’s Titan submarine is about the size of a truck, can carry 5 people and normally has a capacity of four days of oxygen. It was not known when contact with the plane was lost.
Keep in mind that the Titanic sunk in 1912 and its wreckage is at a depth of 3,800 meters under the sea.
