According to Express News, the case of arson in Gulberg Plaza was heard in the Anti-Terrorism Court Lahore. The court rejected Khadija Shah’s request for physical remand and sent Khadija Shah to jail on judicial remand.
The police had summoned Khadija Shah from jail for investigation in the Askari Tower case, while requesting the court to physically remand Khadija Shah for investigation, which the court did not approve.
It should be noted that a case of arson and vandalism in the Plaza on May 9 has been registered in Gulberg Police Station, earlier Khadija Shah was in jail on judicial remand in the Jinnah House case.
