Peshawar: In connection with the investigation of the incidents of arson and rioting on May 9, details of mobile data of former leaders of Tehreek-e-Insaf were sought.
The mobile numbers of former governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shah Farman, former provincial minister Kamran Bangash, former provincial finance minister and Taimur Jhagra have been sent for investigation for the third time. In total, mobile data details of 11 former ministers and key leaders of PTI have been sought.
According to the investigation team, the mobile numbers of 40 former ministers, MLAs and leaders of Tehreek-e-Insaf are being blocked. The names of former ministers wanted in the anti-terrorism case have also been put in the watch list. Cases have been registered against former PTI leaders in police station Kabuli, police station Sharqi.
