Islamabad: The court ordered the arrest and production of 3 persons including Ali Haider Gilani in the alleged rigging case.
The hearing of the case related to the alleged rigging in the Senate election was held in the District and Sessions Court Islamabad, in which Judge Umid Ali Baloch issued non-bailable arrest warrants for all the accused.
The court issued non-bailable arrest warrants for former prime minister Yousuf Raza Gilani’s son Ali Haider Gilani, PTI leader Faheem Khan and Captain (retd) Jameel, in which the court ordered the police to arrest the accused and bring them to justice. To be presented at the hearing.
The District and Sessions Court postponed the hearing of the case till July 14 after once again delaying the indictment in the case of alleged rigging in the Senate election.
It should be noted that the court summoned the three accused today for indictment.
