Islamabad: Nepra has approved a reduction of 5 paise per unit in K Electric’s monthly fuel charges adjustment for April.
The notification issued in this regard said that K Electric had requested an increase of 49 paise per unit, before the March FCA charged consumers with an increase of Rs 3.93 paise per unit which is only 1 was for the month, so the FCA for April will be charged 3 rupees 98 paise less per unit as compared to March.
According to Nepra, this reduction will be applicable only for one month, lifeline customers, household customers up to 300 units, agricultural customers and electric vehicle four-stations will not be applicable.
