California: Instant messaging application WhatsApp is soon going to introduce video message feature for users.
WhatsApp BetaInfo, a website that monitors issues related to WhatsApp, has spotted a new video message feature in beta updates for iOS and Android.
Using the feature, users will be able to send a minute-long video to their contacts.
According to WhatsApp Beta Info, since a video message is recorded and sent immediately, it conveys a sense of urgency more than a pre-recorded video.
This feature was spotted in WhatsApp beta iOS 23.12.0.71 and WhatsApp beta Android 2.23.13.4 version, the shared screenshot shows that this feature will be present along with Voice Notes.
However, the company has not announced any final date for the feature release.
