The polling process is going on in Arts Council Karachi for the election of Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Karachi.
According to Election Commission sources and entry register, 332 out of 366 members have reached the polling station Arts Council in connection with the election of Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Karachi, while 34 members are absent.
It should be noted that today Arts Council Karachi is holding elections for Mayor and Deputy Mayor.
Jamaat-i-Islami’s candidate for Mayor Karachi is Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman and People’s Party’s candidate is Murtaza Wahab.
Syed Saifuddin of Jamaat-i-Islami, while Salman Murad of People’s Party is the candidate for the Deputy Mayor of Karachi.
