58% of the area belongs to Ladakh, 26% to Jammu and 16% to Kashmir Valley while 55% of the population lives in Occupied Kashmir Valley, 43% to Jammu and 2% to Ladakh.

The process of giving domicile to millions more non-Kashmiris is also going on. 6600 retired soldiers of Gorkha community were also given domicile. Tahsildar has the authority to issue domicile. Now thousands of laborers from outside will also be able to get domicile. The despicable plan to make lakhs of local Kashmiris homeless and landless is going on.
BJP was planning to settle millions of Hindus in Occupied Kashmir for a long time. For 5 lakh Kashmiri Pandits, separate colonies are being built in the style of Israel. On the one hand, to turn the Muslim majority of Kashmir into a minority. The dastardly plan has been set in motion. On the other hand, millions of Muslims in India have been deprived of state protection due to the discriminatory citizenship law.
After the abrogation of Article 35-A, there is no bar on non-Kashmiris to buy property in Occupied Kashmir. Along with domestic and foreign companies, the Indian Army is also involved in the race to buy property in Occupied Kashmir.
The condition of special certificate (NOC) for acquiring land for security forces has been abolished. Now the Delhi government has allowed the armed forces to establish strategic areas which will cover hundreds of acres. Along with this, the Control of Building Operation Act, 1988 and the Jammu and Kashmir Development Act, 1970 have been changed and given the freedom of construction to the armed forces and Cantonment Boards.
The conspiracy to make the entire Occupied Kashmir a garrison city in the style of Israel is also in front of the world. Mehbooba Mufti also raised her voice against the occupation of the Indian Army in January 2018. By allowing the purchase of land, the way for the occupation of occupied Kashmir by Hindu capitalists was paved. Lands of local people are being confiscated and auctioned.
The Indian government is going to buy more than 2 lakh acres of land for foreign investors.
Kashmir’s very existence is threatened by an all-out campaign of occupation. By abolishing the special status of Occupied Kashmir, the empty slogans of construction and development and economic prosperity in the region are making the Modi government look constitutional.
After the move of August 2019, the Kashmiri economy suffered a loss of 5.3 billion dollars in just one year.
Large-scale conspiracies are taking place to bring a Hindu Chief Minister of BJP in Jammu and Kashmir. Manipulation in political parties and establishment of Jammu and Kashmir Own Party (JKAP) is also a part of this conspiracy. There is going to be a new electoral delimitation in Jammu and Kashmir.
After the new constituencies, an attempt will be made to get a simple majority by holding elections.
Apart from this, a new division is also being formed to reduce the influence of Jammu and Kashmir. The proposed division will include the districts of Ramban, Kishtwar, Doda, Sufyan, Antanag and Kulgam.
On the other hand, the Gujjar tribal population of Occupied Kashmir is also being punished for becoming Muslims. Every day, the houses of these nomads are burnt down. Economic and social atrocities are being inflicted on more than one lakh Bakarwal population. Gang rape and murder of 8-year-old Bakarwal girl Asifa by extremist Hindus in Rasana area of Katowha district in January 2008 is such a sad incident.
Thousands of Muslim Bakarwal families are being evicted from the forests and displaced. Although they are protected under India’s Forest Rights Act (FRA). India’s usurpation projects and exploitative tactics have fueled hatred and independence sentiments among Kashmiris.
It is not possible for Pakistan to silently watch the Indian plan to turn the Muslim majority into a minority in Occupied Kashmir.
